Multilingual travel experts at the TIC in the Arrivals lobby (1st floor) answer questions and provide free maps and brochures to save travel-planning time. They work daily 9 am to 9 pm.

Currency Exchange

There are 9 banks with some open 6 am to 11 pm.

Japan Rail Pass Order Exchange

For a Japan Rail Pass, swap your Exchange Order at the JR Information Counter in the International Arrivals lobby (9.30 am to 7 pm daily), the TiS-Travel Service Center (10 am to 6 pm daily), or the Green Window (Midori-no-Madoguchi) Reservations Ticket Office (5.30 am to 11 pm daily) at JR Kansai Airport Station.
