Tourist Information Center

To save travel-planning time, apply to TICs in the Passenger Terminal 1 & 2 arrival lobby from 9AM to 8PM daily. Multilingual staff here can consult you on travel issues and provide free maps and brochures.

Japan Rail Pass Order Exchange

Within 3 months after issuing your Exchange Order exchange it for and validate a Japan Rail Pass at the airport's Japan Railway ticket counter any day from 6:45 am to 9:30 pm.

The Pass is valid for the JR train between Narita Airport and Tokyo.

Baggage Delivery

You can order the baggage delivered to your Tokyo hotel the day after your arrival for 2,000 yens per piece below 30kg.

The airport's delivery service counters include ABC Co. Ltd., Kamataki Unyu Co. Ltd. (QL Liner), New Passenger Service (NPS), Sky Porter and Green Port Agency (GPA).
