Working Hours

Banks are open 9AM to 3-5PM on workdays and 9AM to noon on months' first and last Saturdays.

The Post's working hours are 9AM to 5PM. Holidays and Sundays are days off. Some large post offices operate 7 days a week.

State institutions operate 9AM to 5PM on workdays.

Retailers are open 9AM to 5PM on workdays. Some work 9AM to noon on Saturdays.

The Convenience Store chain and some other 24-hour outlets offer limited commodity range.

Hypermarkets 10-15 storeys high are open daily 10AM to 8-9PM and 10AM to 7.30PM on national holidays and Sundays. Some close for 2-3 workdays a month after notification.

Restaurants run 12AM to 3PM and 6PM to 9PM and some run 24 hours.

Museums

Most admit visitors 10AM to 5PM daily including on national holidays. Many museums close on Mondays.
